A spot where I can quickly upload and share my Art stuffs...
I'm a 3D geek and have used an Argus 3D film camera in the past, but haven't used it in the last 5 years ever since film became harder to find and process. How do you get cross-eyed pairs from the W1 or W3? I thought they produced two individual images on two individual sensors? Do they include software in the bundle that allows you to manually align the two pics to create a cross-eyed pair?
Hi there! The Fuji cam creates an MPO, its a single file that contains both images... I use 3Dphotomaker to create the single image, its easy and free, hope that helps! http://stereo.jpn.org/eng/index.html
sorry..I meant "StereoPhoto Maker", find it through that link above... it can accept almost any image type or pairs...even if you have take two images manually (cha cha cam slide)...
I saw it at a bestbuy here and was almost tempted to leave with one. But, since I was there specifically to buy a Canon S95, I left with that instead. I read that 2D picture quality of the W1/W3 is bad, but 3D makes it all ok. I wanted a camera I could take anywhere, including parties and clubs, wherever and that worked well in low-light and the S95 fit the bill. But, I might pick up a W3 sometime. Thanks again for the information above.Anilwww.bestindigital.com
The pix are good with good lighting, not very good low light, very grainy...the flash gives the standard point and click harsh look with many shadows. yes the 3D does go a long way... if you look at the latest post in my blog, I converted some to Black and white, seems to help... there is nothing like catching action in 3D...and the 3D video is really great... one warning, put a screen protector on the back screen, easily scratched and that ruins the parallax 3D
Oh ok ...Anil
